This was easy and painless. The lab tech rejected a test, however Luke emailed me and corrected the situation without me having to go back.

We love hearing feedback like this! Our system is tied directly into the processing lab, so we're able to receive results with no delay as soon as they are finished, updated 24 hours a day. This also allows our patients to view partial results since each test is completed separately at the lab.
