That all starts by having your ducks in a row, which happens largely in part by possessing the correct forms in order to collect and convey information in the most complete and accurate way. I have been a Landlord and Property Manager for over 25 years. The above PDF and DOC forms are what I gathered, built and perfected, used to start my property management company, and invaluably continue to use today. Each property management form is tailor made to be as complete and bullet proof as possible. I have put an enormous amount of thought and work into each over the past 25 years. All in an effort to account for every conceivable legal, social, or otherwise situation that may arise.
