Very helpful! Looking for a rent house and went out of their way to help me create a search to fit my narrow needs and find something.

raises rent without notice and throws pets out
The property management raises rent without notice. When approached in regard, the property manager exerts an unprofessional temper and is not helpful. The response given is that they are not required to give notice of rent increases. A professional property manager would ensure their tenants are well informed of any policy changes. i have also seen the property management throw peoples animals out of apartment units.
