This was probably the best customer experience I have had in recently memory. John provided excellent solutions to my questions and concerns. Was able to order two PTAC units and have them quickly shipped to me saving a great deal of time and hassle. I would 100% recommend them for any PTAC needs, hands down.

So this may seem a bit of a strange review but I ordered a “in the wall” unit. It came and it was not working. Well, it cooled for a minute or two and then stopped. The control panel was a little wonky too. The high fan didn’t work. Had trouble turning it off. I filed a claim and got a call a day later. The gentlemen’s name was John and he was absolutely amazing, patient, helpful, informative and kind. John said a replacement is on the way and I am awaiting its arrival. That kind of customer service is rare. He turned a very unpleasant situation into restoring my faith in humanity!
