No response for a order placed couple of months back. Contacted on instagram, they said director had eye surgery, and hence no work. No refunds. Pls refrain from order , till they improve this

Terrible experience…it’s been more than 10 months since my order worth 12k was placed. No response inspite of repeated queries and now they have blocked me on social media

Ordered for a dress more than 3 months ago and no response till now. Till the order was made there was frequent reply to the msgs . After placing the order , no response . As another customer mentioned , just filed a complaint in cyber crime portal and waiting for a resolution.

Hi so this payas shukla is a class A B**** and a scammer. She is running a fraudulent website and is a thief. Guys I advise you to write to cybercrime.gov.in. It will really help you either get your dress or monies. Cybercrime is very swift with their action. I actually got my dress couriered in 48hrs of filing my complain. Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order in September 2024 for two dresses. After several months, I received only one item, and the second is still undelivered 10 months later. I’ve followed up multiple times, but there’s been no proper response or resolution. For a brand that claims to be premium, this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve spent nearly ₹11,000 and am still struggling to get a concrete reply. Would not recommend unless they improve their customer support and accountability.

I tried the Pure Tribe electrolytes and I really liked them. The taste in delicious (I tried both, the passion fruit and the red-berries too). I slept better and they made me feel very well. I just hope they start selling these in Europe soon. I would be the best customer.
