QA GroupReviews of qagroup.us

I urgently needed assistance installing upholstery on the ceiling and walls in a bedroom. QA knew just what to do and had the team to do it. They were responsive and delivered quality results within the time-frame I needed. The designer & clients were thrilled! QA will be my first call when I need upholstery again, and I will be referring them to others. Don't hesitate to work with them.

The professionalism at QA Group is par to none. From the start Hayley had fast answers, and samples to me right away. Seth's knowledge of product and design made it smooth and quick to get things into production. It's been a pleasure conducting business with them and the rest of the team at QA Group! Thank you so much! Curtis Nicolas

Their professionalism was evident throughout the project. Communication was clear and effective, and despite the changes made along the way, the overall experience was extremely positive. The final results are outstanding and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for your strong commitment to customer service, something that is often lacking across many industries. Your team truly excels in this area. I greatly appreciate the effort and dedication demonstrated and look forward to the opportunity to work together again.

While I didn’t work with the QA Group team extensively throughout the project, Skylar came down to the space to take photos and was incredibly kind and great to work with. The process was smooth on our end, and everything arrived as expected for the build. We appreciate the professionalism and the attention to detail in helping bring the space together at our new waterfront location. The booths look great!

We recently worked with the QA Group for the first time on a new restaurant location at the Everett waterfront. Our soft seating (booths, banquettes) have been a pinch point for us on our previous projects, and QA Group handled this one like a dream! We had a very tight timeline, and they not only delivered on time - but with quality and professionalism. We are already in contract to work with them again on our next project!

The product we got back was well made, packaged nicely to prevent accidents, all around easy company to work with.
