I've been in the Locksmithing Industry for 27 years. In my first few years, I used assorted other door companies. When I discovered Quality Door in the 90's, I stopped using any other door company. Over the years I have purchased MANY doors and other hardware from them. My experiences have never been anything short of FANTASTIC. On one occasion, I ordered a custom-sized door. I measured wrong and the door didn't fit. Even though it was custom-sized, they took it back and gave me a replacement (with the correct measurements), without any hassle. The owners are so friendly - always willing to help out, and answer questions... wish I had as good a vibe from ALL my suppliers!
