I bought a Dometic ac/dc refrigerator from them, except I made a mistake and bought the dc only model. No problem with these guys, they actually answer their phone and worked it out for me, fantastic customer service, I’ll be glad to refer them to anyone.

Everything works as designed. I just needed to flip the rack over, because I had it upside down on my first attempt.

I got several things for my van from these guys. Never had a problem. I got a side ladder, and the lower bracket was did not fit. Thought I was crazy. Messed with it for a bit and gave up. Asked a friend to look at it, then my wife, and we all came to the same conclusion. Absolutely backwards. Must be for a right hand drive van that has the slider door on the other side. It fit perfectly on the opposite side. Called in to Rackup and Go but didn't have time to wait. Sent a fast email. Zak replied. I told him what was going on. He said send pictures. I did. That night, he answered with the tracking number. The part was on the van the next day, before lunch. That, my Friend, is Customer Service! Good Job Guys
