I've been with RamNode since the beginning of 2015 and rarely experienced any issues that weren't my own fault. The servers are fast and reliable, and the support team is amazing. Thank you RamNode for being my go-to server host for all these years!

It's just been a whole year since I became a RamNode customer. I've experienced no major issues and I'm happy to meet with our staffs. I have a storage VPS plan, IO speed is great (normally 450+MB/s, max can be 800-900MB/s) and internet speed is superb (max 940Mbps). Thanks a lot for all the quick ticket responses! I truly hope RamNode will continue to do better in the future.

I've been using RamNode for virtual server hosting for a few years now and they are always extremely helpful when I have questions or need support. My servers are always available and running without fail.

First problem was having our site pointing to Ramnode from GoDaddy - Sean P. was instrumental in getting me the right information in a timely manner to get GoDaddy to redirect us, as this was impacting our email services. Second problem was getting the emails to work, again Sean P. was diligent in getting me right information without going in circles or having to give a long drawn out explanation - it was as if he was able to read my mind and what I was going to say next. He gave me options and alternatives for future needs. Over the last 2 weeks, dealing with countless of techs from Ramnode and GoDaddy, it was refreshing to get someone like Sean P. to help efficiently and effectively. I am forever grateful, he made me look smart and a problem-solver to my boss! Thank you!

I started using RamNode in 2016 just to support small projects during college on a cheap vps (using a discount code they honor to this day). It has been such a hassle free experience that I didn't realize how much I've used it spontaneously throughout the years. There was an issue with my credit card and I missed the emails about overdue payments and my account was on track to be terminated. I had an issue logging in to check things out (I think my account was marked as dead at this point) but when I contacted support they immediately extended the time on my account and helped me get back in to pay. I would have lost a lot of old projects due to a personal screwup but they came through for me.

Since I'm not too experienced in this field I've had to knock on Sean P.'s door LOTS. Every time the support has been extremely smooth, understood my problems within a minute of explanation and already either got on fixing it themselves or assisting me all the way through. Great service.

Sean P. was quick to answer my questions/concerns and was an actual human in doing so. What I thought would be a lengthy situation took no time at all <3

Been a customer since 2014. One of my servers has been running non stop since 2016, and as far as i remember it has been down only once, however it was back up fast, and they gave information and updates on their status twitter. Excellent quality for a low price. Best of both worlds! Awesome support when needed.
