shipping, refund were both speedy and straightforward. I would totally ordered again from Reebonz. The only thing is the system kept declining my credit card, but no problem with Paypal.

I have purchased a lot of bags from this website. So far their services are satisfactory. Bags are genuine and qualities were good but I had experienced 2 returns. Before it was even better as all shipments were free for my country. But now it has to be over a certain amount of purchase to get free shipment.

I think it’s a good choice when you want to buy something online. It’s cheaper than other stores. The only thing I don’t like is that I didn’t receive any email about tracking package, so I didn’t know if it’s shipped and when it could arrive.
