Steve was excellent and solved my problem right away. I missed the email they sent so wasn't their fault. Always a great experience with this company for several years.

David smith went out of his way to please and help me with my order. I originally ordered the wrong item he immediately refunded the order and asked for my model number for what I was looking for and sent me the link so I can order the correct item I needed. Thanks again David.

Excellent price, product and customer service. I had pretty much given up on non-OEM cartridges for our HP printers. Too many problems. The ones from Refill Bay are relatively inexpensive and generally work well. On the few problems we have had, their customer service and quick response has kept us up and running for a couple years now.

The rep helped me to place my order for 3 toners. I needed help to figure out the right toner I needed. He gave me my options, placed an order via chat for me, and call me for payment. I was very pleased. Would order again.
