RefundsPro.comReviews of refundspro.com

The knowledgeable accountants walked me through every step and answered all my questions and weren't pushy. They allowed me time to decide how to proceed and made sure I understood the process.

Professionalism, courtesy and informative and the words that I use to describe this company. All of my questions answered and timelines were met or exceeded every step of the way. They kept me informed of the process so no worries on my end.

The service was excellent.

I initially did not even consider seeking the tax refund until I received a card in the mail from RefundsPro.com. It got me thinking and looked to possilbe options but decided to go with RefundsPro.com because they were the most responsive to my questions. They walked me through each step and I found the process easy with their guidance. The total refund was far greater than anything I expected going into this process.

This service was worth the service fee. The process was fairly easy and we were given a contact person that was very professional and responsive. We received communication updates periodically and always received a response to questions. The ERC is very confusing and it was worth paying the professional fee to receive the credit the business was eligible for.
