I had the most efficient intro customer service. I think her name was Catherine. She did everything she could possibly but there was a slight delay with manager. But she kept on top of it and get him on the line.

The process was very quick, the only problem I had was uploading a picture, had to repeat the steps 3 times while on the phone with Regions. The person on the phone was very patient and helpful. I believe her name was Amanda, so 5 stars for her as well!!!

Applied on line for a loan on Sunday evening. Had my answer when I woke up Monday morning. Didn't expect things to move this quick.
