Your products are great but I still haven't received my new mop bucket from a month ago that was broken I have sent pictures and nothing

Delivery was fast however the product was very disappointing. Some where burnt, the top was missing, cracked up, sizes where different, some taller than others, leaning… etc just not professional looking. Very disappointed especially for the price. Not even sure I want to use them for the event because it’s just not appealing at all.

Just ordered samples (which I paid for and am fine with that- ) but I didn’t get all the samples I requested.

I ended up paying $40 to return 4 trays. Because of climate change I felt it important to return, rather than dump in a land-fill. Wish their return policy was a little more generous.

Shipping was horrible, content of the box was everywhere, box damaged, cheap box , nothing wrapped together. Of course delivery people had a good time bouncing box everywhere so when when received it was like a box with scrambled eggs in poor shipping!

Package came quickly. But it was bent and curled. Had to throw away half of the product because it was creased and ends where folded where they could not be used.

Half of the order is still processing 2 weeks after I placed it. I made sure to order stuff on stock. Even changing my original choices. I don’t think ill ever order again. Im heading to the weekend with out the stuff I needed for my restaurant.

Nice looking but the boxes do not stay together once folded and are very filmsy. Not sure I will be able to make them work. For the money I would expect a more sturdy material.
