I live in SW FL and have been searching for a Yamaha boat for a few months. I decided to purchase from this location and have been so impressed with the customer service. From the moment I placed an inquiry on Boat trader till now. All I can say is WOW. I was so hesitant to make such an expensive purchase without seeing it, but TJ and his team have been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to satisfy me and answer my questions. I could not be more pleased and I am in the Hospitality industry so I have been known to have extremely high standards. Tony, WHO IS A part of their service team at Ride Now, has always spearheaded all of the work that I've had done on my bike over the pasta Years, has done a good job of coordinating the work and resolving any issues that develop, Thanks to Him and the service team, my bike is running extremely well. Don't listen to other reviews if you want to miss out on great service and a good deal I drove over 400 miles to come here to get my new 2022 rzr 4 1000 they are the only ones that had it in stock in 6 state , do your home work on new machine and all the add on's from every dealership before complaining there to expensive and the extra services they give you during the purchase makes up for the lil bit extra you pay their customer service was top notch from start to finish don't hesitate to call them and purchase a machine unless you want to pay a lil less elsewhere and be treated like crap ....gigantic props to the guys at ridenow
