Rover is easy to use and facilitates quick and secure communication with pet service providers.

Great option for finding dog sitters quickly and easily and at an affordable price. However, I'm not a far of them charging a fee or monitoring all communication between sitters and owners.

I would give it a five if there wasn't a bunch of extra service fees on top of the charges

The only reason I took a star is that you are only able to reach out to a certain number of people and then you can't start new conversations. I needed someone last minute and everyone I reached out to was busy during the time of day I needed them, even though their profiles didn't say so and I had to reach out to someone in another app to help me. Other than that, looove the app!

I feel like the app could be a tad more user friendly on the customer end. I’d like it to be easier to navigate through my profile page to edit information and set up how I’d like my walks or dog check ins to be conducted.

I have had good and bad results on Rover. One place I was even scared to walk into. I think Rover needs to inspect personally the homes of providers. All I can say is.....thank heavens for meet and greets. Works both ways.

I basically love Rover. My only issue is that I have trouble getting back to where the address of the sitter is when I’m trying yo find it, bit maybe that’s just me! We’ve found a couple great places to board our dog, and they’ve been great. Very quick responses and the people were easy to. contact, which was good since I couldn’t’t “re-find” their address easily!

Very happy with my dog walker, wish the additional fees were not a part of it.
