I like the service it provides. I have had very good experiences with the sitters. My only problem is with the communication practice of every email going thru rover. I don't really understand the necessity of it.

The sitter that we chose was VERY good at communicating and navigating me through the process. This was my first time using a petsitter. The reason I could not give you a 5* review was that it was VERY difficult to make changes, add appointments, and get the schedule we really needed.

It took a few unsuccessful tries, but I was able to find an outstanding dog walker. Will persevere and use again!

The sitter we used was fantastic. We needed help while vacationing and it worked great. Our dog really enjoyed running and playing with their dog. Great fit.
