RSVPifyReviews of rsvpify.com

We purchased the "Platinum" tier offering so that we'd get to use all the features and be able to contact someone. Firstly, the UI was not intuitive at all for creating groups for families, and all the support people had to say was "we understand your frustration." Then, we had the emails sent, and most people either got them in their Spam folder or didn't get it at all. RSVPify's dashboard showed the email as "opened" if it went to Spam, which they said we'd have to pay for an even higher tier if we wanted them to handle that. As for the ones that didn't get delivered altogether, no help whatsoever. It kinda defeats the purpose of email invitations if the invitees don't receive the emails, so this is completely worthless.

This product is really bad, overly complex - there is no support available. We tried using it for an event but the interactions are so poor people could not understand it. Looks very sloppy as well not professional.
