I love the plan. It looks like there was an upgrade that forced me to create a new password and it started me back at Day 1 and I had completed Day 16.

This is my first week and so far enjoying the experience. I needed to adjust my plan and someone got back to me right away. Great customer service! My only complaint is the computerized sounding voice during the sessions.

Good customer service in clarifying subscription and billing, and in readily cancelling when it was required. Could do with a bit more information in that regard on the website. Very pleased with the quality and scale of information provided in the course that I purchased. The cost was higher than some similar products but in this case, I think it was worth it. Would be good if prices were shown in the user's currency or clearly shown as $US.
