Honestly they have made to many mistakes. But it’s also my fault because I do not want the credit to go to waste I continue a cycle with them that just continues to lead to disappointment and the response I get is we are sorry

Is there a zero star. 2 arrived dead. One was way under sized. Several do not look so great. Overall I wish I would have drove to the local fish store and waited for them to order what I wanted. And service if you need is non existent. The worst company to buy from.

Customer service isn’t good. They either never answer (even during the hours posted) and they take forever to get back to you! I rarely write reviews but I am upset at the fact that I placed an order and it took forever to come and once it did the cleaner shrimp that I need passed away in the bag. I understand it’s a lot to ship but now to get that shrimp it would cost me $55 for shipping, packaging etc. I do not have a local fish store anywhere near me so my options are very limited. overall I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered fish from your company like four days ago and never relieved a tracking number so I tried to call the number thatson the account and get no answer and its says tbe are opened Monday through Friday but no one is ever available and then I get someone on chat and they said it will be shipped tomorrow but there's a problem with the order it bs that do this to you when you are expecoa order to come into the mail

I ordered a wrasse that was DOA because instead of going overnight to the FedEx customer center in Madison it went Indianapolis where it was put on a truck and sat another overnight in a cold fedex lot. I'm not responsible for babysitting FedEx. None of the parties satisfied my lost time, stress, care for a living animal, etc. I had to call in sick the next day just to pick up a dead fish when I was off work the morning it should have arrived. Lost $200 in pay plus a sick call on my record. Just a refund and apology, nothing in reparations/courtesy like a future dollar amount off or 50% off some future fish purchase...just a sorry. Not pleased with my very first fish purchase here.

Terrible customer service. Fish have showed up dead on every order. Don’t waist your time and money on this company

I placed a order online for 166.92 (6 fish)on 14 of December. It’s was shipped out on the 17th and received a email that it would arrive by 10:30am the next day. Right before 10:30am received that the order was delayed and assured me the fish would be ok. Paid for the extra shipping to make sure it got there early the next day. Didn’t receive the order till 2:05 on the 19th all fish were dead. When they refunded for the order only got back $149.94. They still charged me for the packing and extra shipping even after all the fish arrived dead. Not much water in the bags the fish were in(leaking)and ice cold. No heat! Not sure if I will ever do this again.

Saltwaterfish.com will likely not have the fish you want because a lot of them are not well enough to premium ship. Instead, they call you so that you can make a split second decision of whether or not to trade the fish that you want with some other fish available. No prior warning is given or indicated on the site, and the options for exchange are terrible (clown tang for a brown tang, mandarin goby for a yellow watchman, yellow tang for a mimic). Out of an order of 7, only 3 fish were available. What at first was a reasonable price for fish we wanted ended up being an overpriced amount for fish we didnt want in the first place.
