Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Well over all I am happy had some issues but you were quick to fix them so I will be ordering more from you in the future

I feel the pricing is inconsistent but the website was not hard to use in all still awaiting the arrival of my fish to complete this review

One anemone was to small to survive but everything else is doing great.

Great prices for fish. Sometimes they come DOA. It happens.

I would like a sheet of paper with a picture of my fish. It’s name. And care, diet and aggressiveness

The fish that I recently received was in perfect health and is flourishing. However, I just placed another large order and when I tried to contact customer service and the chat line, nobody was there. The website also refused to function several times during the order process and deleted some important information at the last second.

Excellent customer service and support for any DOA's or with their 15 day guarantee. Need to have a military discount for 5 Star rating from this customer.

Sometimes a good selection, stay alive guarantee is annoying to use and I’d rather just get my money back. The website is a bit clunky, but with competitive prices. Packaging fee is annoying too.
