They have free shipping, but still charge for packaging and handling. I thought that went out in the 90's...

Fish came in alive but barely bag must've ran out of oxygen or something but I had to skip acclimation and put him immediately in my tank he pulled through though and is a beautiful fish

Great service. Takes care of us even in Alaska. I wish so much inventory was not waitlisted. If you don’t have the product I would rather it be moved to another area of the website. I spend a huge amount of wasted time looking at items that are waitlisted.

I would give 5 but a lot if items aren’t available in fish and corals. Customer service is very good..the best Ive dealt with! I will definitely order from them again in fact I already have👍🏻

i have ordered from salt water fish in the past with mostly good results it has been a while for various reasons i finally found some things i like at o k prices when i see free shipping i assume it means to my house like in the past i understand the box charge but i do not understand why i had to pay an additional 6.99 to have shipped to my house i know this is a minor issue but it did bother me to get to fed ex pick up is a issue for me thanks will use again
