Utmost customer service and quick turn around.

Everything about the customer service and response time was fine. I was unable to have my hard drive repaired, but it was entirely on my own part. Rather than having it taken to a pro first, I allowed a co-worker that dabbled in hard drive repair off-handedly to take a look into it. We discovered what was wrong with it, and attempted a small fix, but it was unsuccessful. So, rather than talk to a pro from there, I allowed him to look at the clicking needles inside the drive. Opening the faceplate was the biggest mistake. Not only did it result in the damage that destroyed my drive, but it also made me ineligible for the free professional inspection. (This is stated on their website. I don't know why people are complaining about it.) All in all, it was a fine interaction. I'm just a bit depressed that I screwed myself out of my work.

They promised to recover the data, and did it in a timely manor. The process was easy enough and, fast and meet the set expectations. Pricing could have been better, but I still appreciate the discount.
