Stress Free Movers noticed my bookshelf was wobbly and tightened all the screws without me asking. Now it doesn't rock at all. Been meaning to do that for two years. They fixed it in five minutes.

I know customer service. Stress Free Movers had better customer service than half my coworkers. Friendly but not fake. Efficient but not rushed. One of them even made a joke about how moving is harder than a Saturday morning rush. He's right.
