Was very impressed with the honesty from this company. I recieved what I was quoted, and recieved it very quickly. Very satisfied!

Process was pretty straightforward and easy to complete. Unsure why the more damaged an item was it paid a little higher but ok im doing this anyway. Great communication all thru process and everything was in the timeline they said. I opted for paper check which is 1 of several options. Timing from start selling process to check in hand was less than 2 weeks with a holiday in there too.

The free shipping process was easy and payment for my device was sent very quickly.

Save Gadget is legit. Tried several other device buy back sites. They were trying to low ball me by giving me excuses that something was wrong with the devices. So I sent them to Save Gadget and you gave me an honest assessment and paid out the true value.

The shipping process was pretty quick and painless but got the payment sent to my PayPal and it still hasn’t been released and it was sent in June first and says won’t be available until June 22nd.. which seems outrageous. So if you’re okay with waiting a while to get your payment then I would recommend them as far as customer service and shipping but not for receiving payment. UPDATE: 20 minutes after this review they responded and contacted PayPal for me and they released the funds. Customer service A+ and appreciate the timely response to my review. Changed from a 2 star review to 5 stars. Would recommends

They communicated every step of the way and even gave me grace time to fix an issue on the side of my phone company who hadn't released the phone properly. Would use again.
