I placed an order on May 18, 2025. I have an email showing payment. I have not had any order updates. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response. The phone goes to voice message.

I ordered some items for my precarity health from their website and never received the order, despite being charged to my credit card. I emailed and called them a lot of times at their Customer Service and phone numbers 8776790854 and 7148843842, never answered. I had to contact American Express customer service, in order to have my money back. Then, "suddenly", the order appeared as canceled and I got a refund. No one word from that company. Shame on them! Be aware of that, when and if you decide to order something from these smoke sellers.
