We had a very positive experience working with Scaleap on implementing and customizing Jira as a ticketing platform for Tikome’s telecom tower maintenance and support operations. They didn’t just perform a technical setup — they took time to understand our real operational workflows around tower maintenance, fault handling, field support coordination, and issue resolution.
