Nuts and chews all on top of each other in shipping. The chocolate is so old it just breaks off. Inside candy very dry, one bite and bite just falls off. The worst in 60 years of yearly purchases.

Ordered 11/28/2022 Sees Candy charged my account on December 1 but did not ship. It is now 12/12/2022 and still have not received package. Tracking has been on "labeled" since Dec 7 when I called. Tracking 1z6x721e0323547855 Sees should not charge until the shipment has been on its way. If I do not receive package this week I am cancelling.

I placed an order on December 2, 2022 for one pound of chocolate. Not a big deal right, wrong!! The money on the order cleared my bank on December 4, 2022. I haven’t received any shipment information from See’s at all. All companies I deal with don’t clear the monies until the order ships!! Not See’s! I called customer service today, December 6, 2022. The rep I spoke could tell me NOTHING on this order!! Wow!! Really? I called back and spoke to a new rep. She said the label was created on December 5 or 6 but knows nothing more!?!? She said call back tomorrow! This is soo pitiful and sad!!

We've been loyal See's customers for MANY years and were dumbstruck at how horrible the candies were that we just had delivered. I had called because I'd never done an online order before and wanted to ask some questions. They reassured me that our custom dark chocolate order would be built from the freshest stock possible. Our custom order included 8 different faves that we know VERY well. Unfortunately freshness was a minor issue since the outside chocolate had NO flavor and none of the fillings had much flavor or just tasted bad. And the shape/size of the pieces were just "off". This is NOT the candy we've been eating for decades. I hate to do it but this stuff of not worth eating, so it's going into the garbage. ! I hate to see this occur but there is no way we would ever buy any again. 12/2: Thank you See's for being responsive to my concerns. I appreciate it! I'm hoping See's will be able to continue the high quality standard that I've experienced over many years as a loyal customer.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. My order was held up(?) by UPS. Needed the order by a specific date. Called to have another order overnighted. Rep went back and forth with her supervisor, call got cut off. No call back. Now I start the process all over only to get another CS rep who tells me the woman I spoke to was on another call and she could help me. She takes the order, tells me the shipping charges and right b4 we went forward w the order she quotes me more than double the original shipping cost. Love their chocolates, the worst customer service-will never order from them again!

Received a gift card that couldn't be used, after 4 months of emails to the company. Then shipping for a one pound box of chocolates is $18 !! I spent months trying to use the card and then $18 of the $25 gift card is required to ship one 1lb box. A rip off....and a gift card system that doesn't function.

I LOVE See's candy! I love to give it to all my friends and family. I purchase the $25 gift cards at a discount using the web site. Recently, when my daughter tried to use hers online, she couldn't use it with the promotion of free shipping because "the card was purchased at a discount." On the See's web site, they state: "...See's is ideal for gifting clients and colleagues for all seasons." It's a little embarrassing for clients, colleagues and friends to know that the card was purchased at a discount and that it has undisclosed restrictions for use.

WORST experience!!! I ordered 2lbs of candy on a Wednesday. There was NO mention that it wouldn’t ship out until Monday. Set to arrive on Wednesday (a week after ordering) It never arrived. I tracked it and saw a note saying wrong address. I checked, it was the right address. STILL no word. Then I get an email today (Thursday) saying it should arrive NEXT Wednesday. Such terrible service. It’s faster to order through Amazon My Aunt who I was sending it to used to work for See’s Candy and loves it but who knew sending candy could take so long?
