Sell My House FastSell My House Fast was founded to solve a problem many homeowners face but few companies handle well: needing to sell a property quickly without pressure, confusion, or hidden costs. We work directly with homeowners who want a clear, reliable way to sell their house for cash, regardless of condition, situation, or timeline. Our cash homebuyer company is led by Founder & CEO Derrick Rosenbarger. Derrick built the business with a focus on transparency, flexibility, and real-world problem solving. Every offer is based on current market data and the actual condition of the property, not automated estimates or unrealistic promises. We buy houses as-is. That means no repairs, no cleaning, no inspections, and no agent commissions. Homeowners can choose their closing date, and in many cases remain in the home after closing through a rent-back or post-occupancy agreement.Sell My House Fast works with inherited properties, distressed homes, code violations, fire or flood damage, and situations involving probate, divorce, or relocation. Our goal is simple: provide certainty and control to sellers who value a direct, no-nonsense sale over a long and uncertain listing process.
