Ordered flowers a week before and was still late. Wouldn’t give me a full refund

I had to give this company 1 star to leave a review, but they don't deserve that! I ordered flowers and a balloon on Monday (2/12) to be delivered to my granddaughter's school for Valentine's Day. They items were never delivered, and to make matters worse, I got an email at approximately 11:24 PM, stating that the order had been delivered, which is at least 7 hours after school closed!

I ordered what I thought would be a very beautiful bouquet for my daughter for her birthday. She sent me a picture and I was so embarrassed, I was also supposed to get candy and a balloon with the arrangement. I wish I had checked them out before I decided to send flowers through them.

On Friday, I ordered from this company because I saw an adorable lamb baby boy flower arrangement for my niece who just had a baby. They delivered a regular clear vase with blue/white flowers that I could have put together myself or ordered anywhere. Called them to express my disappointment that they did not deliver what I ordered. They offered me a 20% discount and I said no I want what I ordered because it was a special occasion or give me a full refund. They said they will send the lamb arrangement on Monday and it never came. I called on Wednesday to let them know and they said they guarantee delivery tomorrow. We will see! I should have checked reviews before I ordered.

#103630843 You, as a business, should be embarrassed by the reviews being submitted. Even the reviews on BBB are not flatteringly. I do not understand how you can honestly not care about your customers feedback. Obviously, it’s just about the money for you rather than quality of products you offer. It must be nice to take peoples money and not care. Your average review is 1.3

I ordered flowers to be sent for a friend's mother's funeral. $70 later a very skimpy bouquet not even close to resembling what I ordered was delivered. I reached out to send flowers for a refund, I'll update with their response
