SendstatusSendStatus is a WhatsApp-based reporting tool that helps construction professionals instantly turn voice notes, texts, and photos into polished, client-ready status reports using AI. Instead of spending hours writing project updates, contractors can simply send voice notes, text messages, and photos to their SendStatus WhatsApp number. The AI processes these inputs and generates a polished, professional status report that can be shared with clients. SendStatus is not a full project management suite, a scheduling tool, or an accounting platform. It focuses specifically on the communication pain point: helping contractors look professional and keep clients informed without the administrative burden. SendStatus serves: General Contractors, Remodelers, Home Builders, Interior Designers, Architects, Custom Home Builders, Kitchen & Bath Remodelers and Renovation Contractors. Built for Construction Professionals — SendStatus eliminates the reporting bottleneck. Your field team sends updates via WhatsApp. AI does the heavy lifting. You review and send polished reports to clients in seconds. Get started free at https://sendstatus.co...Sign up for a free trial and see how fast professional reporting can be. This is a great tool and it saves me a ton of time. Very easy to use and they have a Chrome Extension that makes things really fast on desktop. I use WhatsApp everyday so this was a no brainer for creating status reports on the job site.

As one of the first testers, I was pleasantly surprised at how well SendStatus worked. It helped me create really good client status reports super fast. Actually, it did all the writing, I just talked and fed it notes and photos. Really easy to use…because everything is done through WhatsApp. Unless you want to see the team member details and change project settings, then you have a full dashboard for that stuff. Overall, pretty cool tool for any body in remodeling or construction trade.

I work with a number of general contractors and one of them recommended Sendstatus to me. Total life (and time) saver. Such a unique idea. I use WhatsApp quite a bit to keep tabs on everything, and this allows me to create a full-blown status report in under a minute just by talking to it, or sending photos, or messages. The final report is really professional and I send it to clients from my phone. Saves me lots of hours per week and makes me look really polished with my clients.
