Sent the replacement parts I needed. Was a little pricey, and took several weeks to get in. Our chair is back to looking new!

Assembly is not the easiest. C

The assembly instruction guide is not so good. Missing screw annotations that correspond with the legend. On screws where the length variance is subtle, this matters. Good looking product but the manual makes it feel like a cheap made in China product. Not super sturdy when you lean back in it. Creeks. All screws put in right place and tightened securely too.

I have a lot of wooden Adirondack chairs, but they don't last more than a few summers. I gave up the wooden Adirondack chair for reasons of nature. Composite plastics are undoubtedly better looking than wood, but they are too expensive and I expect them to last for many years. I'm quite satisfied so far.
