Prescription came after completed questionaire
Have not received call from doctor…. The prescription came!

You filled out the medical intake form which has all of the information the Doctor needs. It was picked up at the post office yesterday. It looks like you have the medication already. The order was placed on 2/23/23 and picked up from the post office after an attempted delivery on 3/2/23. If you have any questions about the medication and you need to speak to someone, please call us and I can get you connected with our Pharmacy manager who can answer your questions about the medication that you have. 800-818-1779
