To start I told them my price limit and what I was comfortable with payment wise, they did not respect that until they pushed me far outside my comfort zone. Then a paperwork issue came up and they asked me to resign my loan, which was more than I wanted if you recall, at that point I refused read the paperwork which said I was entitled to a full refund of my down payment. When returning vehicle they did in fact keep some of my down payment. I received a call from Manager Joe Balsamo who said he was going to "quabble" about "a few hundred dollars" and he would cut me a check. That was literally multiple months ago. I'm sure as soon as the words left his mouth he quickly forgot about me. The next dealer did respect my limits, steer clear keep looking you'll find someone less shady.
