A few initial issues with battery life and spraying not quite right, but tech support is really helpful. I have two Shine units now and both provide great cleaning.

Happy with the product.

I have been using two Shine bathroom assistants since September of 2021. They were easy to install and I didn't have any problems. A few times since then, they have disconnected themselves from wifi, but I just loosen the battery compartment and lock it again. They reconnect with no issues. They have done well with cleaning the buildup in my teenage son's bathroom. I use three pods on his.... because he is a teenage boy! My toliet stays extremely clean. I usually end up doing a quick scrub with a toliet brush about once a month. The pod ordering process through Shine Unlimited has been easy and painless with relatively quick shipping. Mine don't need to be charged all that often, maybe once a month. My phone charger and cord work well for it and I usually charge them overnight or while we are gone during the day. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with these units.

These toilet cleaning devices work very well, and the company in the past has been very responsive to questions and to deliver my orders of the solution you add to the cleaners. I hope to be able to keep using these for a long time!

Great customer service

I had no problems with this product from day 1. It seems like the company will not be around. I tried to get more cleaning pods, no responce from company as well as the help desk. Unfortunately it seems that they will be going out of business.

Hi. Until just recently, I've had no issues with this company. They have fulfilled their promises to me, including delivering two units originally ordered and a replacement once when one of them failed. I was able to get in touch with their customer service recently and they fixed things on my units to make the charge last MUCH longer (more like the 6 months advertised). My units work. They don't completely remove the need to clean the toilets, but I was hoping for a nice clean fresh scent and 70% cleaning and they have certainly achieved that. Suddenly I noticed I hadn't received pods whereas I had placed two orders. Now you can't contact them. The products work .. for me. Really well. I hope the app stays active! Also, thanks to the contributor below who provided their interpretation of the pod liquid, I've tried it in one of two units and I'll report back. I've reached out to the company too in order to see if there's anything that can be done to help them. Startups are tricky people, Indiegogo campaigns are always a risk.

I love how easy this is to use. Not only does it do an amazing job keeping my toilet sparkling clean, but it also is safe for, well, everything and everyone...me, kids, 80pp, pipes and the environment. It did take a little work for my initial internet connect, but since then it's worked seamlessly. Technical hint: The battery must be removed in order to charge it.
