So i will chalk it up to this your products are good. But you treat your employees like crap. Say something happens to their mother or father they are no longer be able to be their for them emergency wise because your worried about your dam production. Second you have them work till 4 every dam week for you give you big money but give employees crappy money. I am about to Sue you for all the crap you put my better half. He has to come in sick with a temp of 104 to help you with your crap. What th3 heck is wrong with you.

The tool carrier is i joke the tool fall of more then they stay on the the designer should be sterilized. Stupid people should not breed.

Hi i bought a two in one shop vac and blower battery operated and it’s a good unit but the hose system you have on the vacuum is not very good at all and I don’t get the hose system at all why you have a rigid hose in a retractable tube which cracked on me the first time I used for 5 minutes and tube cracked you should put a normal hose on the vacuum and also I had to buy the battery plus a charger why not put the battery and charge in the same box and sell it it as a combo pack it would be very easy to do just put them in the same box on that note the vacuum preformed alright nice and light and I like the blower part good for snow in the winter if it’s just light snow so please fix the issues with the vacuum

I would classify this as the worst purchase and service of my life. The vacuum doesn't even work out the box and the battery charger is not even the same as what is advertised on the box (should be a double charger and its a single charger in there). The vendor is saying to contact manufacturer and the manufacturer is refusing replacement and saying it should be the vendor replacing the item? Ive never seen this in my life. The warranty on the manufacturer website indicates manufacturing issues are covered by them, so im dumbfounded. I simply want a replacement for a functional vacuum here, is that too much to ask? This thing cost me 1200$ CAD with accessories and doesn't even work out the box...

I thought this would be like a shop vac, but it was a sad imitation. It would not even pick up a few leaves from my outside grill cabinet. It had no power and no ability to pick much of anything up.
