Update now that it’s all sent in: Great service. Wasn’t sure whether to trust but everything worked great. Was tempted to do all the forms myself, I’m usually good at that kind of thing, but the items the attorney corrected I never would have picked up on. I was a bit put off by having no phone number to call (at least I didn’t find one) but actually it was great to have answers to my questions on email because I could have it to refer to later.

Simple Citizens made the application process easy. I spent weeks trying to figure out the questions in the I-485 and I-130 forms before coming across Simple Citizens. The customer service is excellent and I had completed all the forms in a few days. They help every step of the way. The final packet they had sent was very professional and easy to mail. The next step is getting the work permit and the interview. I'm hoping everything should go well. I would highly recommend Simple Citizens.
