Good service for the price. I will buying all my CPap supplies from sleepdirect in the future.

Arrived on schedule, setup was easy with only one hitch... I used the supplied parts and basically ended up creating a pump which emptied my humidifier chamber onto the floor as soon as I turned the cpap machine on. Totally my fault but the directions could be a bit clearer on that issue. As far as the SoClean itself... very pleased with the purchase and it's functions.

When I called to express my dis-satisfaction with the immediate call after I purchased my So Clean order, I was mocked by the woman who took my call. This order was a gift and CPAP comes up on my caller ID. She then disconnected my call before I was finished. I did call back and speak to a Supervisor to alert him to the rude and unacceptable behavior of this woman. Your calls are not recorded and that is a shame. She made me want to cancel my order. This is not the type of employee you want to have representing your company. Update-I was called by Greg W in response to my posting. It was refreshing to know that someone from the company cared how his clients are treated. The product and shipment were perfect. I can honestly say that now the customer service was too. Thank you Greg W.

Called cause I forgot to add adapter they made sure include in product fast delivery concerned and caring that there product meets your needs

There was no apparent way to get help with Medicare covering the cost of the item.
