Very reasonably priced, easy delivery and helpful customer service! I would highly recommend Smartbox to anyone looking for storage or moving containers.

Brian runs a great franchise. Very efficient, friendly and coordinates with customers. Had 2 containers brought and place perfectly. Brian called to confirm placement. Was very flexible when we needed a pick up date/time. Phone customer support has been spot on as well. So far, very positive experience.

I had an exceptional experience with the Smartbox Driver. He was totally detail oriented in the way that he lined up the boxes. He made sure that I had enough room on all sides, and even moved a few things to make it fit well. It's really helped in packing them. When I offered a tip, he refused. I would most certainly use Smartbox again, just based on this initial experience.

We checked around and determined that Smartbox had the best program - especially, since they store the boxes inside and had the best prices.

From the moment that I spoke to a customer service representative, I felt completely at ease. She asked the appropriate questions to determine my needs, gave me a quote, then the box was delivered the very next day. This was the easiest and most professional transaction I have encountered in quite some time!

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They dropped off and picked up the box exactly when they said they would, and when I had to change the times for drop-off and pick-up at the last minute, Joe at the Portland SmartBox was extremely accommodating in making it happen. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind, however, is that the inside dimensions of the box need to be seriously considered. I had less space than I expected and a couple pieces of furniture didn't make it in.

They were amazing, fast and honest. Everyone that I worked with were very nice and professional. The prices are great, I would recommend them to everyone!
