Great Service, Absolutely Outstanding Technician, Overall A+ RATING!!
From the start of searching for a great business alarm company I called Smith Monitoring and Cody, their customer support representative answered all the questions and concerns one will have upon making their selection in choosing their alarm company. He was very prompt in answering my questions and knowledgeable when explaining the entire process; from giving us a flat rate monthly low cost monitoring fee to advising me the day before our installation who our installer was going to be coming out to assist us. Our technician Mr. Donavan was very professional upon introducing himself to nicely going over all the features and options we needed to know regarding our system. I highly recommend Smith Monitoring and highly feel that Mr. Donavan deserves accreditation for his working technique and customer service. Smart Choice Plumbing-Pearland TX

Responsive, reliable and friendly!
The entire experience with Smith monitoring was terrific. Customer sales was knowledgable. Technician, Ricky, was very helpful, knowledgable and patient! I would highly recommend.

WOW! Superior Service and Sean the Technician was great!
I contacted the company to ask a few questions about the "Smart" alarm system. While I was talking to the sales advisor Cody, he had someone speaking with a technician to see when an install could happen. Cody told me they could have someone onsite in an hour if I was interested. Now understand this was Saturday at 11:00am and I live in Prosper Texas (most people say thats Oklahoma). Hesitantly I said okay let install today thinking they would call back and postpone. I was incorrect! The technician Sean called me within 5 minutes and was at my home in 15 minutes! Sean was the most amazing technical I have ever worked with. He new the Smart system inside and out. In the end Sean was the true salesperson in this deal. He made me feel truly comfortable with our new "iPhone" integrated system!! Thank you Sean!
