Company is a joke! Overpaid for a defective product from the start. Emailed their support and their warranty department 3 times in last 3 weeks, no reply. Called their joke of a phone number where you wait on hold during business hours forever till u hang up and call after hours and left 2 messages, still no response. This isn't a company its a scam!

I never received this order and it’s been over a month. I’ve attempted to contact this company twice over their website contact information and once through email. I have not heard back from them. I just opened a dispute with PayPal.

Smok Morph kit has a manufacturer fault contacted Smok. They replied asked for video evidence, image of receipt and image of the QA codes. Provided everything but becasue the receipt is hand written they have said it isn't acceptable as it could be written by anyone, I've given them the shop email and contact number but they are declining to contact them. Stopped replying. The device is still under warranty as its only 4 months old. Stay well away as their customer service appears to be none existent.
