Top notch customer care
Edit: 2/27/2022 I have spoken with the company and they informed me it was possible the packaged I received was not for me. They have offered to send me my original order and process it right away. Their customer care is top notch. I will update once I have received my package. 2/23/2022 I really wanted to give this company a chance. Such cute frames at an affordable price. Reviews were mixed but I was hoping for the better end of the reviews. Sadly that's not how it ended up. I ordered two separate frames with my prescription with ultra thin lenses. Three weeks after ordering I finally received my order so excited I opened up the package. I immediately noticed there was one box with a small bag or glasses holder. I opened the box and it had a completely different frame it was a clear boxy frame when I ordered a tortoise shell frame with clear towards the bottom but we're rounded. I tried on the glasses thinking maybe I actually didn't order the right ones but once I put the glasses on they didn't even have my prescription in the frame it was a basic lens. So I put the frames back in the box and checked my order where I did see I ordered two separate frames with lenses and I didn't receive either of the lenses I actually wanted and not only that I only received one.
