⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — Life-Changing Support I cannot recommend Jerome highly enough. From day one, he was incredibly responsive to every call, text, and email. At no point did I feel like I was navigating the VA disability process alone — and anyone who has been through it knows how overwhelming and confusing it can be. Jerome developed a thorough, strategic plan of action for my disability claim. He didn’t just “help with paperwork” — he mapped out a clear approach, identified what was needed, and ensured every step was handled correctly and intentionally. He kept me consistently updated on all correspondence, developments, and any issues related to my claim. I never had to chase information or wonder what was happening behind the scenes. Most importantly, he thoughtfully and patiently addressed every question, concern, and comment I had. He explained things in a way that made sense and made sure I felt confident moving forward. He also helped me prepare for my medical examinations and interviews, which made a tremendous difference in how I presented my case. Because of Jerome’s expertise, organization, and dedication, I achieved my 100% disability rating. If you are navigating the VA disability process and want someone who is responsive, strategic, professional, and genuinely invested in your outcome — Jerome is the person you want in your corner. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
