I purchased The Sperti Vitamin D lamp because I lack vitamin D. I tried taking the supplements but they did not agree with me. The Sperti works awesome! Also does not take much time out of your day.

My joints swell in the winter due to lack of vitamin D. I usually have to take my wedding ring off for 3-4 months every winter. Delivered a very well packaged, well built product as ordered in a timely way. Directions were to the point and easy to follow. Felt positive effects within the first week of use. I am a Floridian spending 9 months out of the year-- including winter-- in Kodiak, Alaska. I am not sure how I made it before without the Sperti Vitamin D lamp.
