Cover came in 4 days

I purchased a pool cover with a 20 year warranty at a premium price. When I asked about the expected life of the cover I was told it was approximately 3 to 50 years and not the 20 years advertised. I also ordered a cover with grommets in order to secure the cover (in addition to using weights) in order to hold the cover down. I was told that using the grommets would void the warranty. The cover has not been installed yet but it seem very light and may have a limited durability life. I hope I'm wrong.

The double air mattress that I purchased has a slow leak and I have to put air in it everyday just so I can use it. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

I've ordered quite a bit from you over the past two years but the delivery of my solar reel is the worst delivery possible. The box was broken open on both ends so not sure what should or should not be in the box until the fall when I actually try to use it.

Ordered a thermometer when we received it, the turtle on the top was broken off. The box was mangled and ripped. Probably a FedEx issue.

Package was damaged. Kookier did not make the trip- badly damaged. Will inspect float better after letting it get to shape after unpacking.
