We are so sorry to hear there has been an issue with one of the products we sell. We will be in touch shortly to learn more and have this addressed. If the product is defective, a full refund will be issued. 7/7/26 3:50PM EST - Called and left a message. We need to understand how these tubes are being used. The caps are made to fit the tubes they are mounted on and not for use with other Vacutainers. Looking forward to speaking when you are available. 7/10/26 4:13PM EST - Called 2X this week and left messages and sent an email asking for time to talk. How many packs of tubes have you used? From this review it sounds like just one. Perhaps the fastest resolution is to send a shipping label to bring the balance back to us and refund that portion of your purchase? 7/13/26 - It was great to connect with you Jennifer! Thank you so much for sharing the video. It gives us a clearer picture what is going on. Lets continue the email conversation and get this resolved to your satisfaction.
