I wore them to work last night and it was amazing! The arches take a bit to get used to, but overall, I had minimal foot and knee pain. Definitely recommend!

Everything is just great with stepprs

I've done a lot of research as have been struggling with menopause-related pain in my toes, feet and ankles. The website was very informative, service excellent and the insoles started to ease the pain literally within the first wear. I absolutely love them.

I purchased some insoles and wasn’t happy with the results so I reached out for a return. They offered to send me a replacement pair to at is suppose to work better and a free pair of heel cushion pads for free with no need to return the old set. I really appreciate this level of customer service and I look forward to trying out the new set.

I have to say I was a bit sceptical at first but with the amount of pain that I’ve had over past year with planter fasciitis I thought for the sake of £20 it was worth giving them a go. I have been using them for work for just over a week and all pain has gone. I’m really impressed. When using them I do notice my foot slips more in my shoe. The delivery could’ve been quicker but I I’m so happy to be without pain.
