Great customer service. Returns were no problem and the staff were knowledgable and courteous. They even offered products over the phone that were not available online.

I've been getting my pilot supplies, logbooks, study materials, flight cases and roller bags at the Stop-Over Store for 16 years. I had a great experience! I ordered online & my luggage was shipped to me within 3 days. The timeliness of the shipment was important because I am flight attendant & the luggage was shipped to me before my next trip started.I also like the fact that the shipping was free for orders over $149.
