Jason Cole and his team have been excellent to work with. They pay close attention to details. I am very pleased with their desire to understand my vision. Creating this "early reader" children's series has been a work in progress for several years, and I have appreciated their honesty, assistance, and patience with me, in publishing my stories.

I finally found a company that was right for me and willing to allow me to my payments according to my monthly financial situation. Story Loom made sure that I was kept in the loop, every step of the process. They were patient with me and took their time to make sure everything was up to my liking; my vision! This is my first book and actually, the first of a series, you have a client for life..😊 Thank you Story Loom for making this such a positive experience for me! I can’t wait to see my words on shelves.

Franklin Jones is truly one of the best associates I have ever worked with. He was professional, patient, and extremely understanding throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues or complaints. After several disappointing experiences with other companies—where I felt that my time and money had been wasted I was understandably hesitant to trust anyone again. However, Franklin and the team at "Storyloom Publishing". proved me wrong and restored my confidence. I will definitely work with them again. Thank you, Franklin, for your understanding, integrity, and outstanding professionalism.

Hannah Collins is my project manager and she’s awesome! She is professional, friendly, and response to questions or request promptly. I have found her to be very organized and ask for my feedback on a regular basis to make sure she’s exceeding my expectations.
