Strava start niet meer op. Alle instellingen gecheckt, maar werkt niet!

Echt vanaf het begin strava gehad en gebruikt. Eerst was alles gratis en deed ik donatie. Later een goedkoop premium abbo met wat extra functies.. Dat werd steeds duurder.. Tot het extreem duur werd. Nu premium opgezegd en veel van mijn sport vrienden ook. Als zoiets gewoon 20-30 euro per jaar bleef kosten a 2.99 per maand hadden ze veel meer betalende klanten. Het is verziekt en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Customer support does not exist other than a bot. I am trying to give them money for a subscription and just get sent in circles by the USELESS A.I. system. UPDATE::: A human being has been in touch. It may have taken a month but once a human was involved my issue was fixed quickly. Obviously the managment do not employ enough customer service personel. These days this is a very poor show.

Premetto che non ho mai pagato 1 centesimo per l'abbonamento a Strava, e mai lo farò, la mia recensione è solo per la versione free, che uso ormai dal novembre 2019. A me Strava serve più che altro a fini statistici, per sapere quanti km faccio in un certo periodo, i tempi medi e il dislivello. Ma riguardo alla parte "social" dell'app (si propone infatti come un FB per ciclisti e corridori), penso che sia indecente, anzi è proprio un'app tossica. Non c'è nessun controllo, neanche grossolano, sulle prestazioni degli "atleti": e così ti trovi gente coi capelli bianchi e con la panza che diventa KOM di un segmento a velocità medie da mezzo meccanico più che da bici (l'ultimo esempio che ho notato: 117 km/h su una strada cittadina!). Oppure gente che registra attività di un secondo e di un metro di distanza. E c'è pure gente che assegna kudos! Ormai ho settato le mie attività a livello di privacy "solo per me", e non mi interessa sapere quello che fanno gli altri, perchè i dati sono del tutto inaffidabili. Le mappe poi sono basilari e per nulla precise: va bene che, ripeto, uso la versione free, ma pure Google Maps è free eppure è un'app super dettagliata! Quindi per l'uso che ne faccio io Strava può essere accettabile, ma non vale assolutamente spenderci soldi.

I don’t have a positive view of Strava , they constantly add time cut average speed and elevation, also they now charge people for stats that were previously free . I won’t subscribe to get basic information

App doesn't work. Doesn't record runs correctly.
